高彦彦，东南大学经济管理学院教授，博士生导师；毕业于南京大学，获经济学博士；主要从事应用经济学研究；曾在《经济研究》《Research Policy》《World Development》《Tourism Management》等国内外重要刊物发表学术论文70余篇；主持国家级、省部级和校级科研项目10余项；曾在澳大利亚蒙纳士大学经济学系访学1年。
