报告内容摘要

Implicit theory, including entity theory and incremental theory, is powerful in predicting entrepreneurial persistence during setbacks and challenges. Prior research has demonstrated a positive link between incremental theory and persistence, but its focus has been on personal attributes not on the social world. This study focuses on the implicit theory about the world and investigates its relationship with persistence after an entrepreneurial failure.

陈宁,管理学博士,毕业于美国加州大学洛杉矶分校，现任教于美国宾州Clarion University的商业管理学院。陈宁博士的研究兴趣是信仰和价值、创造力和企业家精神等、跨文化等方面，她的研究成果丰富，发表在Journal of Cross-Cultural Psychology，Basic and Applied Social Psychology等国际期刊上。
