On the afternoon of April 15th, the 14th Founding Conference of the MBA Federation of Southeast University was grandly held in Liu Yuan Hotel, Sipailou Campus. Xing Jihong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Southeast University, Yuan Jianhong, Secretary of the Party Committee of School of Economics and Management, He Yi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of School of Economics and Management, Lv Hongjiang, Vice Dean of the School of Economics and Management, Hu Yajun, Vice President and Secretary General of Jiangsu MBA Federation, Jiangsu MBA Entrepreneurs' Friendship Association, He Xiaoqun, Deputy Secretary General of Jiangsu MBA Entrepreneurs' Friendship Association, Yao Jianping, Executive Director of the MBA Center of Southeast University, the Chairmen and Vice Chairmen of MBA Federations of 12 universities including Nanjing University, and all members of the 14th MBA Federation of Southeast University attended the meeting. The meeting was hosted by Chen Yu, the Vice President of the 14th MBA Federation.
At the beginning of the meeting, MBA federations from more than 20 universities including Peking University, Tsinghua University, Jiaotong University, and Fudan University sent congratulatory videos to express their warm congratulations on the establishment of the new MBA Federation of Southeast University.
Speech of Xing Jihong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Southeast University
On behalf of the university, Mr. Xing Jihong firstly expressed his warm congratulations on the establishment of the 14th MBA Federation and a warm welcome to the students from the federations of the sister universities attending the meeting. He fully recognized the past work of the MBA Federation of Southeast University and expressed his heartfelt thanks to the teachers and students who contributed to the development of the MBA Federation.
Mr. Xing pointed out that the MBA Federation of Southeast University has always been adhering to the tenet of "open communication, cooperation and win-win", establishing the concept of "serving others and empowering ourselves", and actively building the dual-track system of "brand + club", which has made remarkable achievements. He emphasized that the MBA brings together elites from all walks of life in society and that all of them should set up ambitious goals, keep pace with the times, and play the power of the MBA in promoting social progress and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Regarding the work of the MBA Federation, he put forward three hopes. Firstly, to better build a bridge between schools, colleges, and students, and further enhance the brand influence of Southeast University's MBA program. Secondly, to better carry forward the spirit of dedication, face the challenges, sharpen the forward movement, and engrave the growth marks of the MBA learning career. Thirdly, to better strengthen the external exchanges, strengthen the extensive contact and cooperation with the sister universities as well as all walks of life, and make joint efforts to write a new chapter of the work of the MBA Federation.
Speech by Ms. Yuan Jianhong, Secretary of the Party Committee of School of Economics and Management of Southeast University
Secretary Yuan Jianhong said in her speech that the MBA Federation of Southeast University is a spontaneous group organization of students, an organization with temperature and an organization that can be acted upon. Yuan expressed her hope that the new MBA Federation would become a leading, innovative, and service-oriented student organization. In this regard, she put forward three hopes for the work of the MBA Federation. Firstly, to implement the fundamental task of Southeast University of establishing moral education, to take the cultivation goal of honing talents who have innovation, discernment, learning ability, and leadership, and to strive to become a participant, a builder, and a leader in the process of building a Chinese-style modernization. Secondly, it should become an organization with the spirit of service, meet the different needs of MBA students, do a good job of sharing and assisting, and effectively promote the growth and development of MBA students. Speech by Mr. Hu Yajun, Vice President and Secretary General of Jiangsu MBA Entrepreneurs' Friendship Association
On behalf of the Jiangsu MBA Federation and Jiangsu MBA Entrepreneurs’ Friendship Association, President Hu Yajun expressed his heartfelt congratulations on the establishment of the 14th MBA Federation of Southeast University. President Hu said in his speech that Jiangsu MBA Entrepreneurs’ Friendship Association upholds the mission of "interconnection and integration, cooperation and win-win", aiming to provide a platform for interaction and communication between MBA students and universities. President Hu said that the MBA of Southeast University, as one of the programs with great brand influence in the Yangtze River Delta region, has been playing an important role in the linkage between universities, and he looked forward to more exchanges and cooperation with the MBA Federation of Southeast University in the future, so as to improve together and make greater contributions to the construction of the local economy.

Mr. He Yi expressed his warm congratulations on the establishment of the 14th MBA Federation of Southeast University and expressed his heartfelt thanks to all the leaders and friends from all walks of life who have long supported and cared about the work of the students of the School of Economics and Management. Secretary He emphasized that cultivating leading talents is the talent cultivation goal of Southeast University, and the Second and Third classrooms outside the academic section are especially important for business students. Speech by Ms. Lv Hongjiang, Vice Dean of School of Economics and Management of Southeast University
Ms. Lv Hongjiang firstly thanked the leaders of the school for their concern and support for the work of the MBA and put forward great hopes for the work of the MBA Federation. Dean Lv pointed out that reflecting "SEU’s DNA and the characteristics of digital intelligence and science and innovation" has become the strategic goal of MBA development at Southeast University, and the curriculum system consists of three modules, namely, cross-cultural, cross-theoretical and cross-practice, among which the second and third modules need the MBA Federation to play a dynamic role in promoting the implementation of resource integration, creating a platform for interaction between on-campus and off-campus practice, carrying out social learning, and realizing the unity of knowledge and practice through the combination of theory and practice, and empowering career development.
Speech by Cui Lijun, President of Nanjing University MBA Federation
As a representative of the sister universities, Cui Lijun said that Nanjing University and Southeast University, as two universities with the same root and origin, their MBA federations share the same goals and values, and both are committed to creating a platform connecting schools, alumni and enterprises for students, and helping them to become outstanding business leaders and social elites. She said that the MBA federations of the two universities have always had close exchanges and cooperation, and the friendship between the federations has also lasted until now. On behalf of the MBA Federation of Southeast University, Su Chang expressed her heartfelt thanks to the leaders of the school, MBA Center, Jiangsu MBA Federation, and all the sister universities who have been giving care and trust to the Federation all along. She reported the results of the work of the MBA Federation from three aspects. Firstly, focusing on integrating resources internally and building the platform of the Federation in an all-around way, our MBA Federation won the honorary title of "Top Ten MBA Federations" of the whole country. The second result is pioneering and innovating, brainstorming, and setting up clubs and industry communities with distinctive features. Thirdly, we opened up the value links externally, strengthened the learning and cooperation between organizations of various universities and colleges, drew on the strengths of all, and won a good social influence.

Hu Yaochen, President of the 14th MBA Federation, made a brief report on the work focus of the Federation. Firstly, the 14th Federation will continue to adhere to the development concept of "integrating resources and making progress hand in hand", optimize and broaden the scope of services, and strengthen the construction of the second classroom. Secondly, the 14th Federation will continue to adhere to the "open communication, cooperation and win-win" purpose of the Federation, to maintain and deepen the interaction and communication with major universities in Nanjing and other provinces. Thirdly, the 14th Federation will strengthen the link between schools, colleges, MBA centers, and MBA students, do a good job in all services, and work together to create a better tomorrow for the MBA Federation.
