工商管理系

    该系主要为各种类型企业组织、金融投资机构、对外贸易部门及政府经济管理部门培养从事管理和经营活动的高级专门人才。目前设有工商管理本科专业、企业管理硕士专业和工商管理硕士（MBA）。李庆华为副系主任（主持工作），朱志坚为副系主任。 该系在企业竞争战略、市场营销、组织变革与创新、产业风险投资、现代生产管理等领域的研究形成了自己的特色和优势。许多教师在企业管理咨询方面具有丰富经验，承接了一批有较大影响的研究课题，受到企业的广泛赞誉。在人才培养方面，要求学生系统学习和掌握现代工商管理的理论、方法、技巧、具有解决管理实际问题的能力，其毕业生在工作中显示出较强的竞争能力。

Department of Business Administration The Department of Business Administration strives to be recognized as leader in the country in cultivating professional conventions. The Department is committed to training and brings up advanced professionals in business administration and scientific research and education for various types of enterprises, financial investment organizations, foreign trade sectors and economic management departments of the government at all levels. The Department offers both undergraduate and graduate programs in Business Administration. The Department Chair is Associate Prof.Li Qinghua. The department has firmed its own features and advantages in the area of corporate competitive strategy, marketing, organizational reformation and innovation, venture capital and modern production management. The students in the Department are asked to study systematically basic knowledge of management, economics, laws and so on to master modem business administration theories, approaches of competitive strategy, marketing management, human resources management, financial management, operation management, and to be capable of solving al kinds of practical problems.
