Objective | As a member of the China Strategic Consulting team, to develop and expand the firm’s strategic consulting capability in Nanjing, improve its service delivery to support and enhance the firm’s business in China. Strategic Consulting’s goals are to develop and deliver best practice in development consulting, to generate downstream business for the region and to assist in promoting thought leadership amongst Jones Lang LaSalle and its clients. |

Accountabilities | · To provide high quality consulting services including development and market analysis, feasibility studies and occupier strategy studies for Chinese and international clients · To assist in the management, development and marketing of Strategic Consulting services in China · To develop continuously your skills and experience through appropriate study, reading and training, maintaining Strategic Consulting at the leading edge of real estate consulting |

Key Result Areas | · Financial: to achieve agreed revenue targets for the Nanjing team and to be instrumental in the generation of significant new business for the team and the wider firm in China. · Client: to achieve a high level of client satisfaction (as evidenced by post assignment client surveys) and develop new enduring mutually beneficial client relationships · People: to command a high level of respect and support amongst your peers in Strategic Consulting and amongst those of other business units in China · Other: Successful promotion of the Strategic Consulting team in Nanjing with resultant development of business opportunities. |

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience | · superior knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas: · Major (re)development projects; feasibility analysis and /or masterplanning · Property related management consulting · Property finance and investment analysis · fluency in written and spoken English & Mandarin, with other Chinese languages an advantage · proven high level of initiative and ability · strong, proven business development skills · sound analytical, report writing and presentation skills including superior competence in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint · adaptability and cultural sensitivity · ability to work in team environment · MBA or equivalent desirable |
