报告内容:The task scheduling problem in crane-based 3D AS/RS with shuttle-based DMMs is considered in this study. In this system, the crane is in charge of the movements vertically and horizontally; and the shuttles are responsible for depth movement. The system allows fewer shuttles than lanes, which means shuttles can be moved across lanes. A mixed-integer programing model is formulated and proven to be NP-hard. A genetic algorithm is adapted to solve the problem in a reasonable amount of time. Numerical experiments are implemented to demonstrated the efficiency of the developed algorithm and to provide insights of the system design, such as the appropriate number of shuttles and speeds of the crane and shuttles. 报告人简介:Dr. Mingzhou Jin is the Professor and Associate Head of the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering and Director of the Institute for a Secure and Sustainable Environment at the University of Tennessee.
