We discuss a healthcare supply network configuration problem, which is motivated by a real-world healthcare supply case of a medical implant company. Theproblem integrates warehouseselections for vendor managed inventory (VMI), inventory policy, and delivery routing optimization together. To address the problem,both deterministic integer linear programming model and robust optimizationmodel are developed for deterministic and uncertain demands, respectively. Further,considering the effect of COVID-19 pandemic on the demand and delivery time, a new robust model is proposed to account for this situation. Numerical experiments are conducted to verify the advantage of the proposed robust optimization models.

报告人简介：

张国庆，教授、博士生导师，现任温莎大学汽车与材料工程学院教授、供应链和物流优化研究中心主任、加拿大自然科学与工程研究委员会评审委员、INFOR副主编、IJPE首席客座编辑。2000年于香港城市大学获得管理科学博士学位，曾任美国匹兹堡大学客座副教授，日本大阪大学JSPS研究员。目前的研究兴趣包括智能供应链和物流管理、智能决策支持系统的设计以及优化算法的设计和开发。发表和录用论文100余篇，包括《Annals of Operations Research》、《European Journal of Operational Research》、《Computational Optimization and Applications》等期刊。曾获得2015年加拿大运筹学学会第一实践奖、2014年IEEM国际会议的杰出论文奖。
