杜运周,管理学博士、青年特聘教授、博士生导师,工商管理系主任,东南大学管理哲学与方法论研究所所长。中国企业管理研究会副理事长、中国企业管理研究会管理哲学专业委员会主任,中国管理现代化研究会第七届理事会理事、管理研究方法专业委员会主任,中国管理模式50人,国际比较方法(QCA)专家网络COMPASSS咨询委员会50人之一,开创了中国QCA工作坊。2020年入选江苏省“紫金文化人才培养工程”文化优青。国家公派美国University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill访问学者(2012.5.12-2013.5.31),国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家,浙江省自然科学基金通讯评审专家。曾获南开大学博士生优秀奖学金“特等奖”及“南开十杰”称号(2009)。指导研究生荣获2022年江苏省优秀硕士学位论文(经济波动下营商环境生态对创业活跃度的影响)。主持国家自然科学基金重点项目1项、面上项目3项、青年项目1项。参与国家社会科学基金重大项目2项、重点项目1项,一般项目多项。主要研究领域:管理哲学与研究方法论、组态视角与QCA方法、营商环境生态与创新创业、经营主体活力、组织合法性与制度逻辑理论等。美国管理学会(AOM)会员,中国管理研究国际学会(IACMR)会员,《Chinese Management Studies》(副主编),《管理学季刊》(领域编辑),《管理学报》(中国企业家管理思想专栏专家委员会委员),《外国经济与管理》(东方管理专栏编委、研究方法专栏编委)。承担中外文期刊《管理世界》、《管理科学学报》、《Strategic Management Journal》、《Journal of Business Venturing》、《南开管理评论》等期刊,以及AOM,IACMR等境内外著名国际会议的匿名评审人,创建中国企业管理研究会管理哲学专业委员会,并担任专业委员会主任。出版专著《市场导向、政治网络与新企业合法化成长——制度多元性的视角》(2014),出版编著《管理哲学》(2022)。出版3部QCA方法和1部必要条件分析方法著作:《QCA设计原理与应用:超越定性与定量研究的新方法》、《重新设计社会科学研究》(2019)、《QCA方法从入门到精通:基于R语言》(2021)、《必要条件分析法》(2022)。先后获得Emerald Citation of Excellence Award、教育部第七届高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(人文社会科学)二等奖等(2015)、江苏省哲学社会科学优秀成果奖三等奖(2018)、教育部第九届高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(人文社会科学)成果奖(2024)、教育部第八届高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(人文社会科学)青年成果奖(2020)、《管理世界》年度优秀论文(2020、2021)、江苏省哲学社会科学优秀成果奖一等奖(2023)等荣誉。
