鞠传静，博士，副教授。2015年12月于香港大学建筑学院获得博士学位。2015年10月至今，就职于东南大学经济管理学院。主要研究领域：从组织制度、历史演变、悖论等视角研究职业健康与安全；专业人士的工作激励、组织认同与职业化。主讲课程：组织行为学、薪酬与绩效管理。
