赖明辉 (Lai, Minghui),男,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,博士生导师,东南大学经济管理学院(2014.12—至今)。中国农业大学管理学学士,南开大学管理学硕士,香港中文大学系统工程哲学博士。东南大学“至善学者”(A层次)。

主要研究兴趣

(1)数字化平台运营与机制设计: 在以物联网、区块链、大数据、云计算、人工智能等为代表的数字技术发展浪潮下,研究数字化平台以数据要素为基础进行产业生产要素的网络化共享、集约化整合和协作化运营等方面的管理问题,综合应用运筹优化、机器学习、算法博弈等理论方法,设计集约化运营模式,开发算法激励机制实现多方协作共赢,并以工业互联网、交通出行、物流运输、能源等领域的数字化平台为代表开展研究 。

(2)数据市场交易机制:随着新一代数字技术的快速发展,大数据越来越普遍,数据也成为了重要的生产要素,应用数据科学理论、算法博弈论和机器学习方法等,研究数据市场中各主体如何进行有效的数据交易,针对大数据多源、时空异质性和交叉性等特点设计新的算法激励机制框架,实现数据的价值化。
