        On the evening of March 26, 2014, Professor Li Dong gave the lecture “the ladder of the fate - begins with the sound of thoughts reshaping". The excellent speech attracted a large number of students of Southeast University to gather in the hall of School of Economics and Management, and to learn how to become a successful person.

        Firstly, Professor Li triggered the thoughts of the audience by describing the importance of thinking through a few pictures show and starting from the issue "what is successful sense of thought". With wonderful stories, fables and cases, Professor Li explained two kinds of successful thought that influence the fate, and revealed that we cannot achieve happiness with the "shortcuts". To be successful, we must build up our own road to success from the inside out. 

        After that, Professor Li shared his own thinking and feeling about how to become a successful person on the basis of Western Confucius - Stephen Covey. From this speech, students learned       that personal growth has to experience three stages—dependence, independence and maturity period. Stage from dependence to independence, we need to develop three basic habits: active operation, planning ahead and focusing on the first. From independent stage to maturity, we need to cooperate with others It is particularly important to seek for a win-win situation, heart-to-heart communication and creative cooperation  In the end, professor Li told us that the highest state of life is the pursuit of efficiency equilibrium. By means of balanced investing in physiological movement, knowledge and character, we can make progress step by step and finally we will achieve the final success.

        The students got rid of their doubt.
