In order to promote the development of e-commerce and promote the discussion and academic exchange on the basic theory and application of this discipline, the academic series activities "Internet + Electronic Health Frontier Forum" was held at Southeast University during the 115th anniversary of the establishment of Southeast University and the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the School of Economics and Management from May 10 to May 12, 2017. The forum was sponsored by the School of Economics and Management of Southeast University and hosted by the Department of E-commerce of the school. Experts and scholars from more than 10 universities and research institutions, including the University of Science and Technology of China, Nanjing University, Harbin Institute of Technology, Tianjin University, National University of Singapore, Fudan University, Hohai University, Tongji University and East China University of Science and Technology, gathered together.They will jointly discuss the research achievements, frontier issues and future development trends in e-health and information systems, and discuss the development direction of Internet + e-health, to promote the development of theories and practices in the field of Internet, information systems and e-health.
The forum's opening ceremony was presided over by Li Sijie, the Associate Professor of the School of Economics and Management of Southeast University. Zhou Qin, Deputy Dean of the School of Economics and Management of Southeast University, first delivered a speech. He extended a warm welcome and sincere appreciation to all the experts and scholars and briefly introduced the development history of the school to the experts and scholars.On the morning of May 11, Associate Professor Li Sijie presided over the academic report. Professor Wang Haiyan of the Department of Logistics Management, School of Economics and Management, Southeast University and Professor Guo Xitong of Harbin Institute of Technology, winner of the National Outstanding Youth Fund, respectively made academic reports entitled "Research on the Operation Mechanism of Health Information Service Platform" and "Research on Data-driven e-Health". Professor Liu Hefu of the University of Science and Technology of China, winner of the National Fund for Outstanding Youth, Associate Professor Zhou Zhongyun of Tongji University, and Associate Professor Huang Qian of the University of Science and Technology of China, respectively gave academic presentations entitled "A Multi-method Research on the Value Creation of IT Capability: Does One Governance Mechanism Fits All Buyer-supplier Relationships?", "Whom do you trust? The credibility of content, source, and mobile social media platform in disseminating health knowledge", "The effects of transactive memory systems on team performance from knowledge management perspective". On the afternoon of May 11, Yan Jiaqi, Associate professor of Nanjing University, presided over the academic presentation. Associate Professor Zhang Zikun from the University of Science and Technology of China, Professor Zhang Xi of Tianjin University, Professor Xu Haifeng from the National University of Singapore and Fudan University; Associate Professor Peng Zeyu from East China University of Science and Technology; and Associate Professor Zheng Xiabing from the University of Science and Technology of China respectively gave academic presentations entitled “Why are Players Addicted to Mobile Games? The Role of Functional Affordance”, “Research on micro-cooperation mechanism of crowdsourcing innovation projects from the perspective of Big data”, “How do SNS make me feel depressed: Exploring the effects of social network interaction on depression using text-mining”, “Revisiting User Acceptance of Enterprise Systems: A Multi-Level Investigation”, “Exploring consumer impulse buying in mobile commerce”.
This forum attracted the attention of many scholars in the field of e-commerce and attracted the active participation of experts and scholars from the University of Science and Technology of China, Nanjing University, Harbin Institute of Technology, Fudan University, Tianjin University, Hohai University, East China University of Science and Technology, Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology, Nanjing Agricultural University, Shenzhen Zhengjin Financial Innovation Research Institute and other universities and research institutions. Professor Wang Huaiqing, Director of Shenzhen Zhengjin Financial Innovation Research Institute, Associate Professor Li Sijie from School of Economics and Management of Southeast University, Dr. Sun Shengnan, Dr. Shi Yani, Dr. Sha Xiqing, Associate Professor Yang Xue and Associate Professor Song Peijian from Department of E-commerce and Marketing of Nanjing University, Associate Professor Xu Rui from Hohai University, etc. made excellent professional comments on the reports of experts and scholars at the meeting.
With the deep integration of "Internet +" and the health service industry, how to promote "Internet +" thinking and information system to solve the current problems of people's difficulty to see a doctor has become a common concern of colleges and research institutions.The wonderful reports and active discussions of the experts and scholars who participated in this forum will help the academic circle to deepen the thinking and understanding of the frontier issues of Internet + e-health to a certain extent. At the same time, it can also provide some theoretical references and policy references for the sustainable development of the Chinese health service industry.As one of the academic activities for the 115th anniversary of Southeast University and the 100th anniversary of Business of the School of Economics and Management of Southeast University and the 30th anniversary of the school, this forum was strongly supported by the School of Economics and Management of Southeast University. It provided a platform for teachers and students of the school to understand the frontiers of international academic research and to cooperate and exchange with well-known scholars at home and abroad.
